Austria and Germany.

What it costs

Free, on every order. No minimum.

How long it takes

8 to 14 business days after you order. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

This is honest, not padded: the headband ships directly from our supplier, which is why it takes longer than a warehouse in Austria - and why we can sell it at this price. If you need it by a specific date, order with room to spare.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 days, email us at hello@nivora.store and we will chase it for you.

If it does not arrive

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, tell us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Customs and import

Orders to Austria and Germany are shipped with all import duties and taxes already paid. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.
