Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. No reason needed.
How it works
- Email us at hello@nivora.store within 14 days of delivery and tell us your order number.
- We send you the return address.
- Send the headband back within 14 days of telling us.
- We refund you within 14 days of the parcel arriving, using the same payment method you paid with.
Condition
Send the headband back in the condition you received it, with the charging cable. You may try it on the way you would in a shop. If the item comes back damaged beyond that, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
Who pays the return postage
You pay the postage for sending it back. If the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one, we pay - just send us a photo first.
Faulty items
Your statutory warranty rights apply on top of this return policy and are not affected by it.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or a carrier you named, take possession of the goods. To exercise it, send us a clear statement by email. Sending the statement before the deadline is enough to meet it.
