1. Who you are buying from

These terms apply to every order placed through this shop. The seller's full details are in our legal notice.

2. How a contract comes about

Putting items in the cart is not yet an order. When you click the buy button you make a binding offer. The confirmation email we send straight after is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance. The contract comes about when we confirm dispatch or hand the goods to the carrier.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping to Austria and Germany is free.

4. Payment

Payment is due when you order. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes 8 to 14 business days. Details are in our shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14 day right of withdrawal. Details are in our refund policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rules apply.

8. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
